Job Description: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and development of 2 sites; these consist of Head Office and a National Distribution Centre (NDC). You will be required to repair and maintain equipment within a semi-automated warehouse environment and office complex. The role will involve managing a small team of personnel.

Location: Bordesley Green, Birmingham, B9 4BA


Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor will include:

  • Managing projects to ensure they are within the set budgets and timescales
  • Day to day maintenance duties at Head Office and the NDC
  • Day to day maintenance of convey systems
  • Managing the maintenance contracts
  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • General upkeep of both sites internally and externally
  • Security assistance will be required from time to time
  • Business operates from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday - 24 hour call out will be required

Experience required for the Maintenance Supervisor role:

  • Qualified electrician - 17th Edition Certified
  • Maintenance background
  • Experience of managing teams of people
  • Computer literate
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Holds a driving licience
