Job Description: Working within the Contact Centre at our Head Office in Small Heath Birmingham, as an Internal Sales Executive you will be tasked to work on an individual customer base and increase sales and revenue. The Internal Sales Executive will be required to evalute and develop new and existing business potential in order to achieve the monthly and annual targets.

Location: Small Heath Business Park, Birmingham, B10


Duties of a Interal Sales Executive will include:

  • Contacting all allocated accounts to develop new and existing business
  • Identify business opportunities and work to develop the full potential from each account
  • Set and complete over 60 scheduled calls each day to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Utilise promotional activity to the full potential to increase sales
  • Work along side external sales team
  • Develop a relationship with the Field Sales Executive for your allocated area and customer category to ensure the partnership maximizes potential
  • Develop excellent working relationships with customers and work colleagues

Experience required for the Interal Sales Executive role:

  • The ideal candidate will posses a good understanding of what is required to be successful in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Telesales experience
